I will never get over the sheer power of this photograph (which you really must experience at full resolution). Within it there is depth and there is scale. There is motion and there is stillness. There is power, humility, triumph and achievement. And it is all tremendous.

This leaves me really conflicted. The picture itself is lovely and awe inspiring, but when you look at where we were and where we are now I just get really pissed off.
