Why in God's Name Is Marvel Still Releasing New Captain America: Civil War Footage

In its ongoing attempt to release every single minute of Captain America: Civil War to the public prior to the film’s release this Friday, Marvel Studios has debuted yet another clip—although to be fair it’s absolutely some of the wildest footage we’ve seen.

It was actually featured in today’s Morning Spoilers, but its craziness wasn’t properly acknowledged. First of all, it answers who is in the helicopter that Cap has been trying to prevent from taking off in all the movie trailers—it’s Winter Soldier, no shocker there—but the full scene still has plenty of surprises, including:

• That Captain America is so strong he can pull a helicopter down from the sky without any leverage whatsoever

• That Bucky is, for some reason, completely willing to kill Cap

• That Bucky is so willing to kill Cap he would basically crash a helicopter he himself is in, just to chop Cap into tiny, Super-Soldier serum-filled chunks

• That Chris Evans’ biceps are a gift from a loving god

We still have three days until the film opens, so, what—I’m thinking Marvel will release about 20 or so more clips and TV spots before then?

In order to appreciate Cap’s biceps more fully, I made gifs. Enjoy!
