What Would Actually Happen to the T.G.I. Friday's Staff if the World Was Ending

Hidden in the three clips from the cute little comedy Seeking A Friend for the End of the World is this amazing gem of an end-of-the-world restaurant dining experience. In Lorene Scafaria's (Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist) movie, the government announces that the world will end in three weeks (thanks to an oncoming asteroid) and two strangers take a road trip to find one of their lost loves. It's all pretty sweet and fun and what you would expect — with the exception of this restaurant scene. We 100% believe that if the world was ending, at least one Chili's or TGIF restaurant would turn into a full-fledged sex party with mudslides and flair. It's delightful check it out.

DISCUSSION

This movie has the potential to be either really great or really awful.

It all will depend, I think, on two things:

-The chemistry between Carell and Knightley and what their relationship becomes at the end

- If Steve Carell goes into serious mode (like in Little Miss Sunshine) or completly crazy mode (like in Dinner For Schmucks). I hope for the former, because he pulls the former much better.

Disclaimer: Can't watch the video yet, at the library. And I'm not sure I will - I wanna be surprised when I watch the movie.
