What if Norman Rockwell illustrated scenes of Gotham City life?

Mark Dos Santos imagines a world in which illustrator Norman Rockwell packed up his easel and moved to Gotham City, where he reflected a very different side of American life. Some of his Gotham Evening Post illustrations capture moments with the Bat-family and their rogues that are as sweet as any trip to the malt shop—though most are comical and one is especially heartbreaking.

Dos Santos offers prints of his entire Gotham Evening Post series on his website, as well as several lovely Art Nouveau-inspired prints of characters from The Guild, Sandman, Doctor Who, and more.

In some other-worldly realm Rockwell looks up from his painting just long enough to say "Meh.... Amateur"

Great Artwork, undeniably so, but nowhere near Rockwell's level. Maybe if you had Alex Ross making these I could worship them, but you show me the work of a man and try to pass it off as the work of a God.

(Still very nice artwork, but I was hoping for a Rockwell Comic not a Comic Rockwell.)
