It's easy to find stories that get science wrong, but what about the ones that get it right? Tell us which movies, books or TV series represent science realistically, and why.

There are really two ways to look at this question. Either the story can represent the scientific process itself realistically — with all its frustrating failures and false starts — or it can represent a branch of science realistically by telling us how evolution actually works, or trying to depict space travel without using an infinite improbability drive.

My pick is The Last of Us, which sounds like I'm being a complete weirdo, but hear me out. Fungus has been responsible for driving an enormous number of animals extinct, including many species of amphibians and bats. So the next big pandemic among people could very well be a fungus.

What stories do you think do a good with scientific accuracy? Tell us, and include pictures, video, links and more!
