Joblo has another round of rumors for the film, discussing the costumes of certain characters:
FALCON and “REDWING”:
While we’ve already seen The Falcon’s new costume, it’s to note that he’ll also be adding wrist lasers and grappling hooks, as well as a very familiar friend, albeit in a very different form. Comic fans have been wondering if we’ll see Sam Wilson’s famous telepathically-linked bird Redwing in the MCU for a while. Well, you will and you won’t, depending on how you look at it. Redwing will be featured as The Falcon’s helper/sidekick in CIVIL WAR, although there’s one big difference; Redwing will be a robotic drone, obviously “linked” to him, but not quite telepathically.
Cap’s Chainmail Armor:
And, finally, we have word that Cap will finally add his trademark chainmail armor to his suit, which has long been a staple of his uniform.

Speaking to Yahoo, Director Matthew Vaughn discussed writing the sequel’s script, and potentially returning to direct:
Well, the good news is that I’m writing it next door at the moment. If I think I can get the script good enough, then we are making it. We are doing our damndest to make that happen...
...I’m in love with these characters and I want to work with them again so I’ll probably be breaking the rule of [me] tending not to make sequels.

TV Line has discovered a casting call for a new romantic interest for Barry Allen in the show’s second season. Wendy is a police officer at Central City PD, and according to the site, the casting call directly refers to her as personality as “Think ‘Felicity Smoak’ from Arrow”.
They also discovered a casting for a “a classically handsome, square-jawed hero in his 30s to early 40s” for the series. The character is called John Clark — presumably a fake name in homage to the classic DC Comics letterer of the same name. [TV Line]
Grant Bowler discusses season 3:
I’m biased because I play him, but I love what happens with my guy this season. I asked Kevin for something to keep Nolan preoccupied aside from Irisa, because he tends to run around after her a lot, and what he delivered was unbelievable. For the first time, Nolan becomes vulnerable in the sense that he falls down. He has always been this kind of unstoppable force of pragmatism that keeps marching forward no matter what happens, and in Season 3 he stumbles and falls, and he can’t get up. As a result, we have this development in that [father/daughter] relationship where for the first time she has to become the adult. She has to pick him up off the ground and put him back together, and that was great to play.
Rob Thomas says that Aly Michalka will return to the show as Peyton in season 2, after her absence in the season finale:
There were a certain number of episodes we could use her for, and we had used up our allotment, plus she was doing a pilot (ABC’s Chevy). And if that pilot [is picked up], you might not get her back, so we had to write her in a way that if she didn’t come back, that we’d at least have a reason. Since Chevy didn’t make the cut at ABC, She is available to us again, and we hope to see more of her.
