Humans have been living in cities for thousands of years, and now the majority of humans on the planet live in urban areas. Are you curious about how cities have changed us, or how they might affect the future course of our evolution?
I'm going to spend the next six months writing for io9 about the evolution of cities, trying to answer one question: Are cities changing the nature of humanity? I will talk to experts, go on field trips (within a modest budget), and do good old-fashioned library research. But I want you to tell me what interests you the most about cities. Your curiosity will guide my research.
What do you want to know most about how cities are changing us? Are you more intrigued by the past, present or future of cities? Is there a particular city you think I should study? Basically, tell me what fascinates you about cities and what you'd like to know more about.
