Mad Max: Fury Road
Coming Soon has an extensive description of a scene that was shown at Wondercon this past weekend:
The scene, which was also screened at SXSW, begins with Tom Hardy’s Max Rockatansky waking up in the middle of the desert after some kind of crash. It appears that he’s a prisoner, his face covered by a spiked mask that runs via a chain to the wreckage of a car in the sand. Max follows the chain, finding the opposite end connected to a lifeless body (Nicholas Hoult’s Nux). Max throws the young man’s body onto the sand, furiously tugging at the chain in the hopes of ripping Nux’s hand right off. It doesn’t work, though and Max instead finds a shotgun, leveling the barrel against Nux’s wrist. When Max pulls the trigger, however, the cartridge turns out to be a dud. Willing to try anything, Max begins to scrape the limp appendage against the front of his spiked mask, to little avail.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron
A series of new character descriptions have been released, finally confirming what many fans have assumed for a while, based on the trailers: Andy Serkis is playing Ulysses Klaw, the Black Panther villain (although they're spelling it differently). Here's a few of the bios:
Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) is a black-market arms dealer, smuggler and gangster operating out of South Africa. He is a former acquaintance of Tony Stark’s from his weapons-dealing days and a powerful new player in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Baron Strucker (Thomas Kretschmann) is a brilliant HYDRA scientist who worked under the cover of S.H.I.E.L.D. for far too long. Human experimentation, advanced robotics and artificial intelligence are just a few of the things Strucker is working on when Wanda and Pietro Maximoff volunteer for his program.
Dr. Helen Cho (Claudia Kim) is a world-renowned geneticist and an ally of The Avengers. From her offices in Seoul, South Korea, to sharing workspace with Bruce Banner in his lab at Avengers Tower, Dr. Cho’s research and technology help keep The Avengers in the fight.

Machete Kills... In Space
Danny Trejo himself seems to think this movie is happening, with work starting later this year:
Robert and I are going to start to do Machete Kills in Space, so that's going to be awesome. Absolutely. We're going to be working on it this year.

The producers for the show took to Wondercon to tease a few more details for what's coming in the show's second season. Various sources have confirmed some of the details, including that Batman villains Clayface, Victor Freis (Mr. Freeze) and the Mad Hatter would appear. The second season will also explore the character of Jerome (the man seemingly destined to become The Joker), and the producers are considering including the Court of Owls crime group. Steven Moffat has offered his thoughts on the ever-demanded crossover between his two shows, saying that he would love to do it, but it's unlikely to ever happen:
My instinct — and this is probably from years of doing Doctor Who — is I’m just such a tart. If people want to, we should give it to them. But I got persuaded by [co-creator Mark Gatiss], Benedict, [executive producer Sue Vertue] and Martin saying, “Look, it will never be as good as they think it’s going to be,” and then I say, “Yes, but we’ll just bang it out and make it as good.” “Yeah, but you can’t give everybody everything they want all the time.” I’m in the camp of giving them everything they want. But I think they’re sane and right and I’m just a tart.
Ronald Moore teases what's to come for the rest of season one:
At the end of the first half of the season] they got married which was this magical, amazing night of discovery. Then they had a brief honeymoon period that landed them in trouble so [in the premiere], this is the first moment where the two characters actually had other emotions at play," executive producer Ronald D. Moore tells TVGuide.com. "But that conflict between 20th century and 18th century doesn't define them. In the first episode they're able to transcend that. It'll still surface now and again... but if anything, the relationship because of this episode becomes deeper and richer because of it."
For those who read the books, it's no secret that said conflict includes a hard-to-watch spanking scene (eventually followed by great makeup sex!) where Jamie punishes Claire for walking off and ending up in the hands of sadistic Jack Randall (Tobias Menzies). Although he rescues her immediately, and before Randall can inflict too much pain on our heroine, he'll later return in the series in what will be the darkest arc of Season 1. As Menzies told us while on set for the filming of it, "If the stuff in episode 6 was tough, this is a whole level up."

TV Guide also has an exclusive video of the cast teasing as much as they can in a 10 second timeframe.
Jospeh Morgan offers a few teasers for what's to come:
Eva has taken over Rebekah, who's in her body. Will Klaus struggle with how to neutralize her without killing his sister forever?
Morgan: That's exactly the struggle he faces in [Monday's episode]. It would be easy to just kill her, but he can't do that because but there are parts of Rebekah that are still in there. It's a delicate operation, and they have to find a way to bring her out of there and suppress Eva somehow. What's exciting for me about the episode is to see more of Maisie playing Eva.
Klaus is priming Aiden to take over as the leader of the pack. Will we see more of Klaus "mentoring" him?
Morgan: Klaus is really trying to get Aiden in his back pocket because if Aiden can take the pack, then he's manipulating Jackson out of the way and getting into the position where he can take him out. We'll see more of that and I enjoy that relationship as well because it's nice to see Aiden struggle and to be so stuck. He's fighting for his life and in way over his head, but there is part of him that believes his decisions would be better than Jackson's. Maybe he would make a better alpha. He certainly took care of the pack while Jackson was away. He kept things running. We are going to go further in that story line and see how Aiden feels with all the pressure of that.

Steven DeKnight discusses comic character's he'd like to use on the show in the future:
"Looking forward, there are so many stories to tell,” said DeKnight. “The Hand, Elektra, Bullseye… with a 13-episode arc you don’t have to rush it; you can explore. That’s not to say we are going to do Bullseye and Elektra, but it’s on the radar."

During an AMA on Reddit, Vincent D'onofrio teased his favourite scenes from the show:
I think that the end of the 2nd episode with Charlie is amazing. I just saw it the other day and I was blown away by it. After that, I think there are scenes with Fisk and Vanessa (who's played by Ayelet Zurer) that came out great. And what happens in those scenes I don't think anyone would expect from a superhero series.
