Since the show is set, IIRC, in 2058 and the park’s been open for 40 years, I guess it’s one of those man-made islands in the South China Sea that Delos bought. Interesting that Nolan is revisiting the idea of a modern, Western AI company operating with semi-autonomy in China that he had in Person of Interest. His idea of where the geopolitical/economic future is going is interesting.
