Watch Mike and Sulley pledge Monsters University's lamest frat

Monsters University is shaping up to have a pretty classic college movie vibe. In this preview clip, which comes on the new Blu-ray edition of Monsters Inc., MU director Dan Scanlon gives a spoiler-filled synopsis of the upcoming sequel, and shows off characters and concept art. Skip to 2:50 to watch the first clip from the film, which places our monstrous protagonists in Oozma Kappa, the university's worst frat.

Lauren, please re-examine your use of the word "lame."

When used in this way, it has much of the same connotation as using "retarded" does...and I don't think anyone in your position would argue that "retarded" shouldn't be used as a pejorative. I'm not trying to be a PC Word Nazi, but I think it behooves a site that thinks about the future to work toward reducing hurtful connotations and stereotypes.
