Watch Alfred Rock Out in The Lego Batman Movie's Big Dance Number

Alfred Pennyworth is a man of many talents regardless of the incarnation of Batman he’s in. But it turns out, on top of all of the usual butlery and whatnot, his Lego self is also a slick as hell guitarist, to boot.

Entertainment Weekly first revealed the full clip from the film’s end-credits sequence, which plays out under the film’s own attempt at an “Everything is Awesome”-style earworm: Oh, Hush’s “Friends are Family.” The song is catchy enough, but the real delight is seeing the heroes and villains of Gotham bopping around in sparkly suits, much to the disdain of Batman... before he joins in the fun for a bit.

The Bat-Team beating up some Daleks is also pretty fabulous, too.

Overall I liked the movie and it was real nice in 3D but (without giving a spoiler) what was a little off-putting was how many elements in the story strayed outside Batman mythos.

My kids do not share this criticism, they loved it start to finish...and we were all laughing about the password to the Batcave the whole way home.
