Two friends have spent evening after evening playing GoldenEye, but now that one of them has a job in Russia, they're about to be separated for the first time. But first, they need to steal a package from a shipping facility, and they decide they'll do it (sort of) like James Bond would.

Matt MacDonald directed GoldenBox as his USC thesis film and co-wrote the script with Robin Phillips. It's a funny ode to fandom and friendship, and how something as simple as a game can connect us even when we're apart from those who know us best.
