From 10 or 15 meters away, that animal literally turned away from it's path to go a pick a fight with the humans in the rover. It literally was looking for trouble. That's scary.
I read someplace that hippos are among the most dangerous and aggressive animals in Africa—not crocs, not lions, not hyenas—hippos. I've read they have a higher human body count most other predators. I've heard rhinos are also pretty scary too.
