There actually are Twitter clients for the Commodore 64 & Sinclair Spectrum & if they can manage that then I don't see why they couldn't manage versions of Wikipedia or Google with a basic browser, plus maybe some of the others with a custom program.

(There'd probably be quite a lot of disk swapping though & video would be out of the question unless you were a bit of a masochist... )
