A brand-new trailer for the documentary about Chilean director Alejandro Jodorowsky's failed attempt to make a Dune movie has dropped, and the look it provides at what could have been is fantastic, bewildering, and a little soul-crushing, mostly because we never got to see Salvador Dali as the Emperor of Space.

That's just one of the amazing things about the movie revealed in the Jodorowsky's Dune, although hearing how the director convinced Orson Welles to come aboard is also great. I'm still sad this Dune was never made, but this documentary appears to be a pretty great consolation prize. It premieres on March 7th.

Without looking on Amazon, have there been any art books that collect the pre-production materials that were used in the film? I would love to own a sketch/art book from this.
