The First Announcement Trailer For Ghostbusters Asks Who You Gonna Call?

That’s right, it’s a teaser trailer for a trailer. Our very first look at Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters doesn’t show off much: just shots of New York City, frantic police officers and the Army, as well as a tease of the original’s theme song.

Apparently, the first official trailer will drop on March 3rd. Mark your calendars.

Ghostbusters will open in theaters on July 15th, 2016.

Agh I have been soo excited for this movie and wanting it to do good but wow was that a disappointment. Hopefully the trailer will be better.

Generic troops and cops going to a thing without a joke? Could have done soo much more to set the tone of Ghostbusters humor instead of the “epic” feel.. Have the threat they all come to face turn out to be Slimer/random ghost doing something innocuous.

Or make the police and military really overblown and silly. Which they may have been going for but if so felt like they didn’t really do enough for the teaser.
