The CW greenlights a reboot of the classic British TV series Tomorrow People

Greg Berlanti (Arrow) and Julie Plec (Vampire Diaries) are teaming up to remake Tomorrow People... today. Centering around the world of mutants who come together to fight international crime, we suspect The CW's version will have a much more soap-operatic tone, given that Plec and Berlanti worked together on Dawson's Creek.

The CW has also ordered a pilot for the strange drama titled Blink. According to the The Hollywood Reporter the series follows the wild fantasies of a comatose father. A car accident renders the character unable to speak or move, but he's able to see and hear "all." The show will look inside this character's internal fantasies which coincide with the drama surrounding his family and friends. Sounds like it could be very much in the vein of the much-lamented Awake — fingers crossed.

It's the CW so it will be chock full of teen melodrama. I can't watch anything on CW, including Arrow.
