It's Stephen Lang! And he's addressing a group of new arrivals in the prehistoric world. Is he saying something about how the dinosaurs will eat your eyes for Ju Ju Bees? Basically. He even says, "Welcome to Terra Nova," the same way he says "You're on Pandora."
