Tarot-Inspired Flashforward Ads Offer Glimpses Of A Shiny Future

If FlashForward's plotting was half as sleek as these Tarot-themed Brazilian ads, maybe fate wouldn't have dealt the show the "Apathetic Audience" card.

All kidding aside, we've got to commend Publicis, the advertising firm behind these cards, for taking what could have been a fairly pedestrian series of spots and instead transforming the show's premise into a Technicolor Twilight Zone.

Looks very fitting calling Tarot to FlashForward. Seeing a minute of your future is pretty much like tarot, is all in interpretation, and you are missing a lot of the context in that vision.

And of course, that you can change that future is much of the justification of the tarot, either as selling point, or as excuse for not hitting (at least, in the alternate universe that makes it and flashforward to happen)

Anyway, the weakest point of Flashforward is that you can change your future because you know it. Is like when a butterfly can affect the weather, but this one in particular is bigger than the moon.
