Guardians of the Galaxy 2

James Gunn talks about the themes of fatherhood in the movie:

"At its heart, Guardians is a story about families,” says Gunn, “and if the first film was about him and his mother, this is a story about fathers. So it’s exciting to go there… Listen, I’m still excited about Star-Lord’s character and where he goes."

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Making Star Wars has an alleged full character list for the movie, that includes everyone from the main stars to the likes of "Rebel Admiral" or "Evil Castle Tech". Go here to see the full list.

Miltos Yerolemou, best known in nerdy circles for his turn as Syrio Forel on Game of Thrones, has revealed he's playing an alien character in the movie:

"There’s no type casting when it comes to me,” Yerolemou said. “The only thing about typecasting I will say is that I always play foreign characters. When I say ‘foreign': alien in Star Wars, a French psychiatrist in a Danish film [in ‘The Danish Girl’] [and] a Dutch baker in [the upcoming drama/romance film] ‘Tulip Fever'.

The Walking Dead

This is perhaps the least surprising rumor you can get about Walking Dead — Robert Kirkman and Stephen Yeun have been teasing the possibility that Glenn might meet his end in the upcoming season:

Kirkman also teased “a lot of cool stuff” with Yeun’s character Glenn in the upcoming season, which may or may not involve killing off the fan favorite. Both men played coy when it came to the possibility of saying goodbye to yet another beloved “Walking Dead” character.

“We don’t kill the popular characters,” Kirkman joked, to a chorus of laughter in the room.

“If I go — that could happen,” Yeun said, adding that he’s felt lucky to be a part of the phenomenon.

The Messengers

Anna Diop talks about her character, Rose:

Rose starts out in a coma. What else are we going to learn about you, since it takes seven years from when we first meet you to reach the point where the show really starts?

Anna Diop: Well, it takes seven years for a reason and we find out [why] in the second episode. And like I said earlier, Rose does wake up and the other Messengers are also brought together by fate, and when that happens, this happens, and it’s just something you have to tune in and look forward to see why it takes seven years, why that moment and etcetera.

... Rose is a Messenger and she’s different from the [other] Messengers only that she knows what needs to be done. She knows what our first task is, which is revealed in the second episode.

Orphan Black

Graeme Manson and John Fawcett talk about Alison and Donnie's relationship in the upcoming season:

"We've only seen them bickering and mistrustful of one another, but the family that slays together, stays together," executive producer Graeme Manson tells "So, bonding over the death of Dr. Leekie (Matt Frewer) has done wonderful things for their marriage." Adds executive producer John Fawcett: "Let's just say that there may be some semi-naked bedroom antics. Whenever we can see Kristian Bruun in his underwear, we're happy to take the opportunity."
