Six clips from Hanna will suck you into the bloody assassin fairy tale

Teen-assassin movie Hanna from Atonement's Joe Wright has the goods: a Chemical Brothers score, gorgeous locations (perfect for Wright's long shot), immense talent, fairy-tale undertones, and action. And we've got a collection of clips that showcases each of these assets.

Some of the clips are a bit spoilery, consider yourself warned. Hanna is about a young assassin (Saoirse Ronan) trained to kill in the frozen wilderness by Eric Bana. Actually, that's hardly the full story, but you'll have to watch the film to learn the rest.

Our favorite character from the film (which has yet to be introduced to the public) finally gets a few seconds of exposure in the above clip starring Cate Blanchett, and hired gun Tom Hollander (playing the creepshow character, Isaacs). You're really going to love/hate him. Plus, the whistling music in this scene just kills us, such a creepy blend.

io9, you have a long way to go getting this kind of layout to work.

As a general rule , "Slideshows Suck!" and even moreso when the cells just won't display correctly.

Using Firefox 3.6 earlier, and now with FF4, when I load a page like this one the first slide seems to fade in for about a half-second, then goes black. Clicking on other 'preview' cells brings up the right media less than half the time. Otherwise there's only black.

Curiously, "right-click;Open in New Tab" gets the correct media to load. Should I have to do that for every slide I want to see?

I don't have any restrictions on Java or Flash on Gawker sites. Is there something else I can do to make these slideshows work better? Or something else you could do?

Anyone else have similar problems?
