This is an incredible event. If you’re anywhere near Eugene, OR, this weekend, you should absolutely go to the University of Oregon for their two-day James Tiptree, Jr. symposium. Featuring Tiptree’s biographer, Julie Philips, plus authors Ursula K. Le Guin, David Gerrold and Suzy McKee Charnas.

DISCUSSION
Requesting tips from Le Guin aficionados: I adored The Dispossessed, and would appreciate any recommendations as to the order in which I should read the rest of the Hainish cycle, or any other of her works for that matter. In your opinion, which of her novels are particularly worthwhile reading? Thank you in advance.
