I'm only on page two (hey, I just got in from a run. I feel like sitting for a bit.), but I have to comment:

TWO SECURITY GUARDS arrive from inside the Monument. They fall back for cover as BULLETS RICOCHET! The TERRORIST ducks behind the rear of the TRUCK as the FIRST GUARD leans out, RETURNING FIRE!

Were the exclamation points necessary? I'm just imagining if they weren't there. "Okay, guys, we need to do this as boring as we can. If the writer wanted excitement in his shootout, he wouldn't have used periods."
