While we never did get to see Joss Whedon's movie take on Wonder Woman, at least one piece of artwork was made to promote the film. And now this poster and the original sketch have been put up for auction for a good cause.

Several pieces of artwork are up on eBay right now to support Clydene Nee, who has been huge in organizing San Diego Comic-Con's Artist's Alley and is currently suffering from kidney failure. Among those pieces is the sketch that artist Adam Hughes created as a promotional piece for Whedon's Wonder Woman movie, which available as a print at SDCC 2005. Both the print and the original are up for auction — and the bidding, which closes later today, is getting high. But even those of us who aren't bidding can sigh over this Wonder Woman movie that never was.
