There are times that one sees Hollywood vehicles and tech, and earnestly wishes that someone would make them real for the rest of us.
This is not one of those times.
I am reminded of the less-than-awesome bikes from "Battlestar Galactica 1980".
It is not the turbine intake that puts me off — it's a novel detail — but rather the way the design feels cheap in design, rushed in execution, and generally like something an aspiring teen artist might doodle during math class.
But then, the character of this movie so far feels all too like an escapist fantasy by that same hypothetical kid, composed during that same dull hypothetical algebra lesson...
