Trailer FrenzyA special place to find the newest trailers for movies and TV shows you're craving.

I’m not exactly sure why Marvel and Netflix decided the first trailer for their Jessica Jones show needed to be a psychedelic drug trip in which the titular superhero-turned-private detective was seen solely as a tiny figure in the distance, but man, it sure is striking.

I wonder if this is actually a version of the opening credits? It would match well with Daredevil’s equally artistic opening which also focuses on iconic places and objects. It’s a bit tougher to see here in JJ’s rainbow explosion than Daredevil’s blood-wax, but these credits include time-honored private detective tropes like cameras, glasses of whiskey, and the standard detective agency front door with the name on the frosted glass.

The entirety of the first season of Jessica Jones will debut on November 20, apparently.
