Another rumor from Latino Review's Umberto Gonzalez to take with a pinch of salt, this time about Batman's involvement in the movie:
Details about THE GOD DAMN #BATMAN in #SUICIDESQUAD! #SPOILER #WARNING According to sources, in the film Batman is some sort of big boogeyman that the government REALLY hates. Get this, prior to the events in #BatmanvSuperman, THE JOKER is the only one to really ever meet him or know him and that's why he's so important to Amanda Waller. They have footage of Batman in action which they watch. There is a bit of dialogue where they say Batman is the key to tracking down all "the supers." Very cool stuff. #DC #DCCU #DCCOMICS #THEJOKER #AMANDAWALLER #THEDARKKNIGHTRETURNS
The Brain Hack

Ryan Reynolds talks about the movie's dedication to Deadpool's backstory:
I'm incredibly happy about it — we've got a director that understands that world, and writers with a slavish devotion to the canon of that character. That's the most important aspect: it's made in a way the most critical of fanboys could embrace. Well, that's the hope.

Nicholas Hoult spoke to E! Online about his role in the movie. Apocalypse is the last film Hoult is signed up for, but the actor says that he's willing to sign up for more:
"The first one did so well and [Days of Future Past] got received so brilliantly," Hoult said. "It's like, 'Wow, people really want to see the films' and the best thing is it's a great crew and cast to work with and he's a fun character. I have a good time playing him so I'd keep making them."

Producer Andrew Kreisberg hypes up "Out of Time" in an interview with Ksite TV:
"With no disrespect to any of the other directors or episodes that we've produced, I think that this is the best episode we've done. It's everything that The Flash can do… I don't mean Barry Allen as the hero; I mean as a TV show," Andrew Kreisberg promises. "I feel like this episode delivers in spades. It's got amazing visual effects that you just don't see on television. It's full of heart. It's full of romance. It's full of genuine scares, and it's really like the best version of this show," he adds.
And the new Weather Wizard makes his presence felt in this clip from the episode.

Diane Ruggiero-White talks about the differences between the show and the original comic:
There are a lot. I'm a fan of the comic. It's just that you can't really translate it to television. The main— the most important ingredient was the inspiration for the show which is this woman early in her life, like a quarter-life crisis, of being turned into a zombie and how she deals with this new life or death. Also the onus that comes from that also having this component where you have to eat brains and get these memories or flashes from the people whose brains you ate and how you contend with that. That was the big interesting thing for us.
As far as the comic goes, I loved the comic and there are things that sneak in that aren't really story points or thing that we purposefully use that then we find that we used. This is a crappy example, but the whole zombie disaster takes place on a boat on a lake. And in the second book of the comic, there's a flashback to when she's on a boat and they're talking about this massacre with this octopus creature. It's not like we read that and were like, " Okay, so we'll have our thing on a lake and there will be a massacre." It just becomes the ether and you find yourself being inspired by it in different ways. That's been cool for me.

Cameron Monaghan talks about the character of Jerome and a potential to return to the show:
What was your take on the character, then?
I very much adore the sadistic nature of him. There's his ability to remain cool and calm and cunning. He enjoys making other people squirm, which I think is fascinating. He enjoys pressing buttons a little bit. I only had that one scene to really show off, so I wanted to take advantage of it as much as I could. I was playing with the character's intelligence a little bit there. I was lucky to get that scene where we get the turn, where we get that last punch line, where it's revealed he's been scheming all along. That moment is great. Like any actor, I was relying on the script to carry me, and I think it works."
Did the Gotham producers indicate Jerome would be back? Has that door been left open?
When I was on set, we discussed the possibly of me coming back in the second or third season. Nothing is set in stone yet. I think the producers have a firm plan for what they want to do, but I was not privy to it while I was filming. I would love to come back and do some more.
He also indicates he did plenty of research into the Joker's character in the comics to prepare for the role, so if it wasn't already obvious enough at what the show was hinting at, there's some confirmation for you. [ CBR]
Person Of Interest
Here's a brief description of a scene from the finale, along with a video of filming. [ Spoiler TV]
A wounded Reese (looks like a bloody shoulder) and Detective Fusco stand outside of a building while NYPD/FBI escort a wounded, limping Internal Affairs officer Dani Silva to a waiting ambulance where an injured Brotherhood member is on a stretcher.
Officers then escort a handcuffed Dominic from the building followed by more officers escorting a handcuffed Elias from the building who has sustained a hand wound that is already bandaged. The two are placed into the waiting police vehicle and driven away from the scene.
Reese and Fusco have a small exchange and give each-other a celebratory handshake before Fusco departs. Drifter and con artist Harper Rose then exits the building and has a small exchange with Reese, and the two casually walk away from the scene.

Speaking to several press outlets in Australia over the weekend, David Lynch has hinted that there are problems with contracts for the show between himself and Showtime that could mean the much vaunted return of the show next year might not actually happen. Lynch is still positive about the show though, so it may not be all doom and gloom:
I haven't returned yet and we're still working on the contract, but I love the world of Twin Peaks and I love those characters. And I think it will be very special to go back into that world.
Masie Richardson-Sellers talks about being the new form for Rebekah.
Let's talk about Rebekah and Marcel. You and Charles Michael Davis certainly don't lack chemistry. What can we expect there?
For the first time ever, Rebekah's more vulnerable than Marcel. She's always been the all-powerful Original, but now she's in serious mortal danger, so it's going to be interesting to see how that changes the dynamic between the two of them. He's determined to figure out what's going on, so they'll be sending some time together. We'll see what that means for the rest of their relationship as it continues.

Robbie Kay (Once Upon A Time) has been cast in the show as a new character. [Deadline]
Mark Gatiss has been confirmed to write for the next season, and he says this will be a scary one:
I'm in the midst of that right now – I broke off to come here today, in fact, but I'm hoping to finish the script tonight.
It has been a tough nut to crack, but I'm delighted with how scary it is. I can't say any more than that.

Ash Vs. Evil Dead
Finally, Bruce Campbell sits down with CBR TV to discuss why Evil Dead is coming to the small screen:
"Why not make it into a television show where you can take this character, take him on a hero's journey," Campbell said of the impetus behind the show. "He's Job. Evil is rising once again to test the mettle of the average man, and that happens to be Ash. And in this case a middle-aged, crabby Ash who's dragged basically kicking and screaming back into this."
