According to one of the filmmakers, the next Jurassic World movie is going to feature more dinosaurs than you’ve ever seen before. So it’s a good thing it’s going to be bringing back giant lizard expert Ian Malcolm, too.

This new behind-the-scenes teaser for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom shows off a bunch of footage from the creation of the sequel, including glimpses of the practical effects that are being used—but we’re really here for Jeff Goldblum’s much-anticipated return to the franchise. We only get the tiniest glimpse of Ian Malcolm here, but we’re already excited to see the saucy scientist back on the scene. After all, you can’t have too much Goldblum.

Hrm, not to nitpick, but wasn’t Malcolm a mathematician chaotician? If nearly being killed by a dinosaur makes you an expert then nearly drowning at the beach when I was a kid must make me an expert oceanographer. I look forward to receiving my credentials in the mail. (Just cracking wise, I don’t mean anything by it.) :D

Regardless, I’m glad he’s back. There will be at least one good thing about this.
