It's Movies vs. TV in this edition of io9 March Madness, and after two days of voting, we're down to the 32 competitors. Now it's time to get down to 16. Will the favorites continue to dominate?

Wednesday brought some pretty big surprises. The DC Animated Universe took out well-loved Cowboy Bebop. Only 19 votes secured Avatar/Korra's victory over Babylon 5, which could very well be the closest contest of the whole competition.
In movies, Alien handily defeated Terminator. And in a stunning upset, 14-seeded The Matrix defeated the 3-seed — 2001: A Space Odyssey. It's a huge shocker — people were apparently very forgiving of Reloaded and Revolutions. Well, the opening io9 March Madness post did say you're allowed to count whatever you want, and boy did you follow that with this one.
Today, we've got some very intense matches. Can Arrow and the Flash take down Mulder and Scully? Can the always-strong Firefly fans overpower the Avatar/Korra powerhouse? Can Indy outrun the Ghostbusters? Or will he be crushed under a giant Stay Puft Marshmallow Man? Can Jurassic Park and The Matrix keep up the underdog momentum? You know how to find out: Vote!
As usual, voting closes at midnight. May the odds be ever in your favor! (Which they weren't for The Hunger Games, already eliminated)
Monday, March 23: Sweet Sixteen
