In Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, a Time Loop Is Trying to Kill a Baby Squirrel

In this clip from the movie—one of the first ones that is more forced cuteness rather than unintentionally terrifying—Emma (Ella Purnell) asks Jake’s help to save the squirrel. Which leaves me wondering if there’s a schedule for which of the peculiar kids has to go do this chore. Or is it only Emma because her weather abilities mean she floats?

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children comes out September 30.

Time does not hate that baby squirrel. It just chose the most inopportune moment to fall out of that tree.

Time loops can be painful... just ask Teal’c.

Jack O’Neill:
“You know the worst part about this? Every time we loop Daniel asks me a question, and I wasn’t listening the first time.”

Teal’c:
“You’re not the only one to suffer some discomfort, O’Neill.”

[loop resets; Teal’c is hit in the face by an opening door]
