Ash vs Evil Dead returns to Starz on October 2, but if you simply cannot wait to see the first episode of season two (we saw it at San Diego Comic-Con, and can confirm it’s blood-gushingly delightful), here’s how to watch it early. As in, later today. No cable required!

Starz will be sharing the season two premiere on IGN’s Facebook page starting tonight at 7:00 pm PT (10:00 pm ET). where it’ll be followed by a live conversation with stars Bruce Campbell and Lucy Lawless. The episode will be viewable through October 9, so if you miss it on October 2 you can still catch it there.

But that’s not the only place to see it, as Starz would like you to know:

A free multiplatform, nationwide sampling of the episode in its entirety will also be available online at Starz.com and through participating U.S. cable, satellite and Telco affiliates as well as participating OTT partners beginning Wednesday, September 28 at 12:01 AM ET through October 9. The episode will also be available to STARZ subscribers via the STARZ app and STARZ ON DEMAND.

If you somehow missed any of the first season, or just want to re-live its glorious gore, Deadite rampaging, and Ash one-liners, you can catch a marathon starting Saturday, October 1 beginning at 9pm ET/PT on Starz Encore, and then again on Sunday, October 2 beginning at 2:50pm ET/PT on Starz.

And, just in case you didn’t notice how pumped Starz is about Ash vs Evil Dead—not that we blame ’em—the network will be playing the premiere three times in a row starting Sunday, October 2 at 8p ET/PT.

I love Army Of Darkness. For fear that this series might ruin that brilliant movie I have avoided it. That’s probably not fair cuz don’t judge a book by its cover and all that.

I’m thinking of watching this episode of the second season, should watch the first season first? Is it worth watching?
