The excruciating wait is over. Star Wars: The Last Jedi finally became viewable to fans starting last night. For those people who had to see it as soon as possible, we thought you might like a place to talk about it.


Not everyone was lucky enough to get tickets for opening night/weekend, so to help fellow fans steer clear of possible spoilers, here’s your spot to go to town. And, just in case: SPOILERS BELOW IN THE COMMENTS. ALL THE SPOILERS. IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THE MOVIE STOP READING NOW.

I’m surprised and disappointed by the amount of negative fan reaction, especially in comparison to TFA, which I also enjoyed but was a much more flawed film.

I liked that it didn’t give us predictable outcomes for Snoke, Rey’s parents, etc. Hermit Luke wouldn’t have been my choice, but I get it.

It wasn’t perfect, but neither are the OT.
