First Game of Thrones season 4 trailer shows why Westeros is hell

Trailer FrenzyA special place to find the newest trailers for movies and TV shows you're craving.

Here it is — your first real glimpse of Game of Thrones season four, filled with the lovely sound of various characters having their worlds shattered, and the fragments ground into bloody dust.

Readers of the books by George R.R. Martin will recognize many scenes in this promo — but there's plenty of new awesomeness either way. Including a great scene between Joffrey and his uncle/father Jaime Lannister, in which Jaime tries to explain to Joffrey that he can't claim victory in a war that's not over yet. And Tyrion telling someone that if they want justice, they've come to the wrong place. Mostly, though, there are tons of glimpses of bloodshed and battle and people losing everything.

And now we have a premiere date: April 6. Can't. Freakin. Wait!
