Based on the wardrobe we're guessing this fits somewhere in the "The Ghastly Ordeal of Timothy Cavendish" book. Hanks has never looked better.

David Foster Wallace and David Mitchell have completely different styles in my opinion. Just for starters, there's no footnotes in David Mitchell's work. If that doesn't convince you me submit this: THERE'S NO FOOTNOTES IN DAVID MITCHELL'S WORK.
