Bruce Boxleitner says he’s ready to move on from the franchise:
I’m done with it. I’ve moved on. It breaks my heart but I understand the times move on. Disney, it’s not in their [wheelhouse] anymore. The animated series [had] a lot of promise, they didn’t stick with that either. I don’t think they really want it anymore. I think they’ve got Star Wars. They’ve got Marvel. Legacy was successful. I’m not sure that they really had that much interest anymore. I hate to say that because I think there’s a lot more to go.
Both movies now have filming dates: Wonder Woman will shoot this fall, while Justice League will begin filming in spring of 2016. [/Film]

A new rumor claims that since Disney has found success in its deal with streaming service Netflix for Daredevil and other Marvel TV shows, the company is now looking to team up again for a series of live action Star Wars series, instead of using the Disney-owned ABC network.
There are no other details on what these actual series would be about—but considering this comes from an anonymously-sourced rumor, take it with a big pinch of salt for now. [Cineflix]

Michael Gaston has been cast in a recurring role in the series. He’ll play CIA Deputy Director Tom Carter, who will “assist the FBI team delving into the mystery, meaning and implications of Jane Doe’s tattoos”. [Deadline]
According to Entertainment Weekly, Constance Zimmer will play a major recurring role in the show’s third season—playing the head of a secret organization on the lookout for Inhumans that crosses paths with Coulson and SHIELD.
