Disney has posted concept art on the Avatar land, which it's developing with James Cameron and Lightstorm Entertainment. There aren't details on how the company plans to imagineer the various aspects of this attraction, but it promises "a nighttime jungle of bioluminescent plants that are alive with light and sound" and that "[g]uests will also discover what it feels like to soar into the sky riding a Banshee."

That glowing jungle will come with other nighttime events at the park, including a music and light spectacular and a nighttime version of the park's Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Does Avatar have that many fans and considered to be an enduring franchise? Yes it sold a ton of tickets and BR/DVDs......but so many people went for technical side of it and the director attached. The BR was bought to show off new HD displays...

Please don't take this as me saying it's a bad movie....I'm just saying....are there millions of kids right now with Avatar toys they still play with? Is anyone truly hyped for a sequel? I don't know a single person that was interested in even watching it a 2nd time. That doesn't mean it was bad, it's just that is was like a 1 time roller coaster ride and not what I would consider a classic.
