Start asking them all your questions about videogames worlds (whether the ones they’ve created, played in, or imagined), science fiction, and the meeting of the two right now in the comments. They’ll be answering as many as they can throughout the afternoon.

DISCUSSION

Welcome Austin, Chris, Chris, Daniel, and Rhianna! Glad to have you all joining us today.

One of the themes that seems to run through a lot of the stories in this collection is obsession and the (good and bad) things it brings, so I’m curious about your own early videogame entanglements. What was the first videogame you ever remember becoming obsessed with and what made you move on from it (did you win it and lose interest, did something shinier and newer catch your eye, are you still playing it—right now)?

Thanks!
