Captain America: Civil War
Heroic Hollywood alleges that actress Marissa Tomei has filmed scenes for the film playing Peter Parker’s guardian, Aunt May—combined with shots of furniture apparently from Peter’s bedroom emerging recently, this seems to indicate Spider-Man and his alter ego may have a heavier role in the film than previously thought.
Cara Delevigne has been cast as the lead character Laureline in the Luc Besson adaptation of the French Sci-Fi comic Valerian and Laureline. Delvigne confirmed the announcement with a post on her Instagram account:

Star Wars: Rogue One
Recently cast Donnie Yen posted a picture from the set of the film to instagram, revealing three helmets being used in the film: a classic Stormtrooper helmet, and two new designs, one black, and one sand-colored. Although Yen’s post was quickly pulled, the image itself can still be found online. As /Film notes, these designs seem heavily influenced by Ralph McQuarrie’s concept art, although not anything specific—there does appear to be a shout-out to his early designs for the Cylons in the original Battlestar Galactica, his original Boba Fett drawings, and the Biker Scout designs.

Game of Thrones
Nathalie Emmanuel says that more previously isolated characters will start interacting with each other:
I think the fans are going to suddenly be seeing even more characters… interacting with characters they haven’t seen them interact with before. We had a bit of that in the last season, but it kicks up a bit more this season so it’s pretty exciting.
Watchers on the Wall are reporting that actor Rory McCann—who played the Hound, Sandor Clegane, who was presumed dead after the season four finale—has been sighted in Belfast, staying in a hotel frequently used by Game of Thrones cast members while filming in the city. The actor apparently has no current ongoing commitments, seemingly hinting that Sandor will be making an appearance in some form in season six.

A rather outlandish trio of rumors is circulating, claiming that past Doctors David Tennant and Paul McGann will have cameos in the finale of the upcoming season, allegedly in celebration of the show’s 10th anniversary since it was revived.
One rumor professes that the actors will play Time Lord ghosts guarding a tomb, another repeats recent talk that Tennant will reprise his role as the Tenth Doctor in scenes that explain why the Twelfth Doctor shares a face with a character seen in 2009’s “Fires of Pompeii”, and a third hints that the actors will appear in a scene where the Doctor “de-volves”, transforming briefly into past regenerations. TV Line are reporting Angelo Badalamenti will return to score the revived show, and is already working on new music for the series.
Speaking at his appearance ahead of a wrestling event over the weekend, Stephen Amell briefly teased the upcoming season, adding “that fans of [the DC Comics series] Green Arrow: Year One are really going to appreciate” some of the storylines coming to the show. [TV Line]
Episodes 2 and 3 of the fourth season will be called “Rush Hour” and “Power Hour”. [Spoiler TV]
Brenda Strong has been cast as Queen Nia of the Ice Nation. Nia is a character who “does what she must to maintain her power, even when it puts her at odds with those closest to her”, according to a description released by the show. [Entertainment Weekly]
