You may soon get to read some unpublished works by science fiction grandmaster Andre Norton, author of Star Born, Star Ka'at, The Cross Roads Of Time and many other SF novels. Since Norton died in 2005, her will has been tied up in court, with her caretaker and her biggest fan both claiming the rights to her posthumous publications. A Tennessee court has given long-time fan Victor Horadam control over Norton's works — including any posthumous reprints. But longtime caretaker Sue Stewart is appealing the ruling.
