Brent Sims' Grave Shivers is an anthology of short horror films surrounding children at bedtime, with plenty of monsters and gore—and in one case, a little girl's plus defender.

Grave Shivers was funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign and it is great fun with its mix of practical effects and CG, although some of its ideas do seem a bit familiar. The first segment, "Teddy Scares," reminds me a great deal of Alex Panagopoulos' illustration of a brave teddy bear, which has been optioned for a feature film. And "Teething Tiffany" has a bit in common with Juan J Ruiz's two-line story, which first appeared on reddit, and was the basis for a one-minute film we recently featured—although "Teething Tiffany" has an important difference.
