io9 has to take some of the blame for "Cape" being canceled.
Is there a bigger online community for potential fans of this kind of show? Rather than using this soapbox to encourage the show's producers etc toward a more satisfying product, week after week I saw mostly gripes and derision, much of which I felt was undeserved.
We could have been more constructive - and I could have said something long ago. I'm sorry, Cape. I enjoyed you all along and had hopes for you, but I let you down.
