Want to introduce your early reader to the cosmic horrors of H.P. Lovecraft? Thanks to R.J. Ivankovic (DrFaustusAu)'s interpretation of Lovecraft's "The Tomb" in the style of Dr. Seuss, it's never too early for children to learn about insanity, hedonism, forbidden knowledge, and an overwhelming obsession with death.

We've already seen the always wonderful DrFaustusAu apply his Seussian touch to Lovecraft's "The Call of Cthulhu." He's also tried one other pass at Lovecraft's earliest adult story, but he recently started a new version of "The Tomb" with a fresh character design. So far, he's about a third of the way through what will eventually be a 60-page story. You can read the very beginning below, but the rest of his pages are up at deviantART. Just be warned: it might send your young readers in search of madness-inducing mausoleums.
