Tron:

Disney released the first official plot synopsis for this long-awaited sequel:

TRON is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.

Dollhouse:

Our first details about season two: The season opener will be called "Vows," and there's a casting call. We'll meet Martin Klar, a charismatic European financier in his forties. And Hugo Taubman, Klar's assistant and bodyguard. And then there's Burt Styne, an aide to someone named Powell. [SpoilerTV]

Fringe:

A casting call for season two, episode three. We're going to Iraq! At least, we're going to meet two Iraqis: Ahmed, a twentysomething who's suffered a lot and come through it all; and Dr. Yusef, a doctor/scientist in his forties who helped the Americans during the occupation but then somehow got blacklisted for working with the insurgency, and is now stuck working in the back of a restaurant. There's also Col. Sturdridge, a fit, impressive warrior and "true military presence" who's cryptic about his knowledge of "what's really going on out there." He may be a recurring character. And finally, there's Denise, who served her country in the Marines and is now home with her husband and daughter. She's got a great innate strength and can't easily be broken (if at all.) Heroes:

I think we missed this when it went up. Digital Spy talked to Robert Knepper, who plays Samuel, the show's new villain, who is "charming" and has an ambiguously British accent. The character is based on Keith Richards, says Knepper. So far, he's mostly been acting opposite Masi Oka, and he's done one scene at a carnival where he's traveled back in time 14 years to 1990s Japan, and he's surrounded by Japanese people. And there's a scene involving the pitch-and-toss thing where you try to knock down bottles. Samuel has a scene early on, where he gets someone to kill someone else for him. [Digital Spy]

Separately, Digital Spy says Peter Petrelli will be alienated from the other heroes, because he's trying to save the world on his own — one person at a time. (And no, I don't know what that means, either.) Also, the new deaf character, played by Deanne Bray, will be Peter's new girlfriend. [Digital Spy]

Hey, and here are some more set pics of Ali Larter, which at least reveal that she's looking a bit more chipper than most of season three. [Heroes-Spoilers]
