Shazam

Speaking to MTV at the Oscars, Dwayne Johnson noted that the movie - or, potentially as /Film points out, the character of Black Adam - will arrive 'earlier than predicted':

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The sun has dawned on a new day, and thus, there must be more spoilers for The Force Awakens. Making Star Wars reports on a rumor that, despite the seemingly consistent presence of Mark Hamill on set during filming, that Luke Skywalker is barely in the movie until the very end.

They also have a secondary rumor, slightly contradictory to the first, dealing with a flashback in the movie, told by a character named Rose - purportedly Luptia Nyong'o's character - that involves a massacre at a Jedi Academy that features Kylo Ren, Luke and Rey. [ Making Star Wars]

JJ Abrams has spoken about when a new trailer may show up:

"First of all, I'm always grateful that people would be asking. But the truth is it's like we haven't shown anything," he said.

"There's sort of an abundance of riches with the stuff we could put out so we're just trying to make sure it's as good as it could be before we put anything out. The disaster would be to race something out for the sake of making an impact and it being not as good as people deserve."

JJ, who will be taking the reins on the seventh instalment of the sci-fi franchise, added: "We don't want to be coy but we have almost a year until the movie comes out, so we have to be smart about what we say and when. We're always having conversations about it."

Star Wars Spinoff

Speaking at the Oscars, Felicity Jones said that she couldn't talk about Star Wars, essentially confirming the (basically already confirmed) news that she will appear in the Gareth Edwards spinoff. [/Film]

Suicide Squad

Speaking of things that we thought were already confirmed, Viola Davis commented at the Oscars that she will indeed play Amanda Waller in the film. [ CBR]

Margot Robbie also confirmed she's on a multi-picture contract to play Harley Quinn:

Q: This is one of those roles that you could potentially be playing for years. Is that scary?

A: Yeah, that's daunting. You don't need to have commitment issues to be frightened by the fact that you might have just signed 10 years of your life away. … But with her, it's a character I don't think would ever get boring. Ever. So if they did "Suicide Squad One," "Two" and "Three," I would be over the moon about it.

Terminator 6

Arnold Schwarzenegger confirmed that he will return for the next next Terminator movie, due to film next year. [The Arnold Fans]

Ghostbusters

Paul Feig, while on Talking Dead, conveniently noted that his Ghostbusters movie will be influenced by The Walking Dead:

"I will say, I was very inspired by this show," Feig said after skating past a question about zombies in Ghostbusters. "What I love is how they play with the danger, they play with the scariness, but also the idea that it's always about gauntlet run. And that's something, an element I want to bring to this Ghostbusters reboot is having to get through these various obstacles that are supernatural and all that. I really feed off of The Walking Dead."

Deadpool

Now this is a really weird one. Rob Liefield, creator of Deadpool and he of the wildly anatomically questionable comic book artwork, posted a sketch of Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson. The sketch is based on this promo picture from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but several sites are reporting it as alleged concept art for the new Deadpool film, showing a Wade that isn't horribly disfigured as he is in the comics. We're guessing, though, that this is just some Liefield doodling. [Comic Book]

Here's a new behind the scenes picture from the film. Cars! Clapperboards! Oh my. [ Coming Soon]

The Walking Dead

Spoiler TV has some very detailed descriptions of moments from the next episode, 'Remember':

- While Rick is walking through ASZ, there are two houses next door to one another. Aaron tells him they can have both. Rick, as a precaution, makes them all sleep in the same house in the same room for the first night. The leader of ASZ comes around and comments on them staying in the same house. The next day Rick talks about them not having to share a room.

-While Rick is in his new house he receives his first visitor. A shirtless Rick (yummmmm) meets Alexandra (character name not known) at the door. Right away she offers to cut his hair. Her son is around Carls age so they immediately have something in common. There are a few kids Carl's age and a girl that Carl may be interested in.

-Each person in the group is given a specific job. Daryl is the only person who doesn't have a job assigned to him and doesn't seem to like the place. He spends a lot of time on the porch (from the preview). At one point, he skins a possum even though there is plenty of good food to eat.

-The group is shown how to do a 'run'. A son of one of the community's leaders has a walker chained up, which ends up missing. It creeps up on the group from out of nowhere. One of them stabs the walker and the leader's son throws a fit (Lizzie anyone?). Glenn ends up punching the guy who chained the walker. The guy's mother thanks Glenn for teaching her son a lesson.

-In the house Carl is in he hears a noise upstairs. With knife in hand, Carl opens the door (from the preview). It's empty apart from some magazines which we find out later belong to the local kids. They used the house as a hangout. No walkers behind the door though. Carl is just imagining or thinking like his father; always on the look out.

-At one point, Carol mentions the group may possibly get weak if they stay at the community. They want to stay, but it's more of a concern they will become weak. Rick then says they won't get weak. He goes on to says that if the people in the ASZ don't make it, the group will just take it.

Cordon

Chris Wood has been cast as Jake in the pilot. Variety has this to offer about the series and Wood's role:

The series follows an epidemic that breaks out in Atlanta, leaving the large city quarantined and those stuck on the inside fighting for their lives. The drama tells the story of loved ones torn apart, and how the society that grows inside the cordon reveals both the devolution of humanity and the birth of unlikely heroes.

Jake (Wood) is among those trapped inside the cordon, and finds himself there to protect the ones who need him most, even though his first instinct is to save himself.

Supernatural

Robbie Thompson talks the format of the current season of the show with Comic Book Resources:

Spinoff Online: Robbie, it feels like this season of "Supernatural" has been very different so far in that there's almost no real "big bad." There are villainous characters lurking in the background, but really the thrust of this season has been dealing with the magical malady afflicting Dean, the Mark of Cain. Is that a fair description?

Robbie Thompson: Early on in the season [co-showrunners and executive producers] Jeremy Carver and Bob Singer had talked about wanting to tell some more interior stories about the boys. I believe Jeremy has talked about this so I can share it as well. We're going to see a big bad present itself pretty soon here in our run. That big bad is going to be something that the boys and the people in their lives are going to have to wrestle with very soon.

Arrow

So many teasers for tonight's episode. First, Marc Guggenheim on the visuals for Ray Palmer using the ATOM suit:

This show is not Flash — we don't traffic in these sort of visuals — so it's a big deal for us to get this kind of character on the show, looking the way he does.

[ TV Line]

Director Gregory Smith discusses his favourite scene to film:

There's a few. There's a scene towards the end of the show with Thea. I can't really say much else… There's a sequence that we shot on a helicopter pad that was a lot of fun. Every day, there was a couple scenes that I was really excited to shoot. It was a hard to pick a favorite.

[ TV Line]

And finally, some snippets of dialogue:

"I promised you vengeance, so take it."

"You shouldn't even speak to me."

"It's hard to remember the time when I was actually in love with you."

"I hate boats."

"Vengeance is justice."

"Malcolm Merlyn will never be seen again."

"You can't save Thea's soul if it costs you your own."

"You don't own a jet anymore."

"Sometimes I forget we just work together."

"Maybe I am a killer — maybe that is the real me."

Forever

Ioan Gruffudd says that Henry's presumed dead wife Abigail may or may not be still alive:

"I always thought that something had happened where she not necessarily died in front of us, but maybe we had to part company to protect her or protect me or something," he says. "Who knows if she's still alive or still out there? I tend not to ask, because it's best that I don't know these things."

Once Upon A Time

Adam Horowitz talks Emma's journey in the second half of the fourth season:

One of the big themes for the second half of the season that we want to deal with is what makes someone a hero and what makes someone a villain — what the differences are and what the common ground is. Emma has spent a long time on the series being told she's a savior and being told she's a hero. Now she's going to have to face that it's not black-and-white.

[ TV Line]

Executive Producer Edward Kitsis also spoke about Regina's role in the rest of the season:

"With Regina, I think what's fun is that, in the premiere this year, she knocked on the door and said 'I want to be your friend, and I want to get your happy ending as well,' and then she joined up in Operation Mongoose," Kitsis continued. "Regina was kind of like 'that's great, but I like your mom more.' Regina hasn't been that open to her friendship, but I think we're going to see that change a little bit, and I think that the natural evolution of their growth is kind of fun for us. I think the show… Regina & Emma is a huge part of it. It started with her trying to get her out of town, and they fought together, and they fought against each other, so now I think whether or not they can be friends, we're going to see in this second half."

The Messengers

This post-apocalyptic CW show's première has been pushed back to April 17th from April 10.

Sleepy Hollow

Tom Mison talks about where Ichabod could go if the show gets a third season:

TVLINE | Ichabod could go down a dark path in Season 3. Is that something you'd want to explore with him?

I don't think he's the kind to do that, actually. I don't think he would want anyone to see how much he's hurting. He would want to get on with it. They made a choice. Henry and Katrina made their decision to turn dark. Abbie and Ichabod made their decision to fight against it, and that's the decision and we're going to go with, and I'm going to be strong and we've got other battles to fight. This is what I'd like to see: him put a lid on it and let those emotions just bubble underneath. Much like we saw in Season 1 when he was so eager to hide his emotions and then there'd just be outbursts, like when he went completely nuts against the scarecrow root monster. And, I guess, the built-up tension that let him go nuts on Solomon Kent in this season. Little bursts of uncontrollable violence, because he's trying to keep everything under wraps.
