The world we live in can be so crappy and depressing, every once in a while it’s nice to remind yourself that there’s plenty of beauty out there. In lieu of a dancing plastic bag, this short film should do the trick.

It’s produced by Chromosphere and uses the art of Kevin Dart (whom we’ve highlighted before) as well as work by Stéphane Coëdel, David Kamp and Nelson Boles. No real ulterior motive here—it’s just a beautiful work that takes us from the smallest cells to the outer reaches of the galaxy, making the point that nature is kind of amazing.
