Disney has decided to turn the nightmare song loop that is their "It's A Small World" ride into a feature film. Good luck getting this song out of your head today.
Originally created for the 1964 New York World's Fair, no one at Disney thought it would become an iconic section of each theme park — a place where the minds' of visiting parents would slip into madness aboard a tiny boat, surrounded by screaming, child-like robots.
Now Deadline is reporting that Jon Turteltaub (The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Last Vegas) will be directing a feature film adaptation of this amusement with Jared Stern as screenwriter. Sounds like a complete nightmare.
