Indiana Jones

Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed something that seemingly everyone was aware of: There are currently early discussions about the next film in the franchise:

Kennedy confirmed rumors that another Indy movie “will one day be made inside this company. When it will happen, I’m not quite sure. We haven’t started working on a script yet, but we are talking about it.”

Marvel Phase 3

Speaking to /Film, Kevin Feige discusses Thor’s vision and its tease for the future Marvel movies:

[talking about the Scarlet Witch dreams]So is there one in particular people should pay attention to looking ahead to Phase Three?

I would say Thor’s is probably the one that’s most forward thinking. You see it in his dream, what the scepter is and how all those other infinity stones connect.

I’ll tell you something funny, which is great, working on all these movies and going from “What’s Ant-Man, is Ant-Man gonna work?” Cut to a year ago it was Guardians, “What’s Guardians again, hows that going to connect?” In some of the early screenings of Age of Ultron, when you see Thanos as the end of course, some of the comments we got back were great. Which was, “Oh I love seeing that guy from Guardians at the end.” And “I love the connection with Guardians” I was like, “Of course, more people know him from that. He did one turn of his head in The Avengers and he has a scene in Guardians.” And I love that. I love that Guardians now has its place amongst the pantheon.

The Flash

Jesse L. Martin teases what’s to come in the finale:

Particularly in the finale, viewers can expect to see Barry grapple with the notion of really going back in time again to try and save his mom and stop his dad from going to jail. The big story in our finale is, what are the ramifications if he does so? If you go back in time and change one little thing, everything from then on becomes a completely different story.

Barry realizes if he does do this and goes to save his mom, that he won’t have the life that we’ve all seen up until now. It weighs heavily on him, and he asks Joe what he should do. Joe says that if he has the chance to help his mom and dad, then he should do so. The gist of the episode is whether he does or not, and what kind of changes that would make.

Agents Of SHIELD

Brett Dalton discusses Ward’s mercenary status in the second season:

I think Ward always has a plan in place, whether or not the audience knows it, or even the people involved know. He never walks into a room without knowing how to get out of it. He said that, but there might be an ulterior motive there as well. It’s important for him to achieve his goals.

As we’ve seen this season, he’ll be, “Yeah, I want to be part of Hydra,” and then he’ll just as easily turn against Hydra in order to get to S.H.I.E.L.D. and Coulson. Ward signed on for Coulson’s mission because he’s going to walk away free and clear. They aren’t going to follow him. He’s just a brilliant strategist. He sees every angle, much like his brother, just in a different field. Ward is more violent, too.

The Originals

Michael Narducci teases elements going into the finale. Here he is on Rebekah’s death:

“The question is, will we ever see that body rise up,” Narducci said. “There’s a lot of interesting ways stories twist and turn, so I just look forward to everybody seeing the finale.”

And the finale tying up loose ends:

“[The finale] is going to tie up a lot of loose ends,” Narducci said. “It’s going to resolve the big question of Davina’s desire to bring back Kol. It’s going to resolve the question of, what is Freya’s play in this family? Can she be trusted? It’s going to deal with first, what Klaus’s plan was. And second, can his siblings ever find a way to look him in the eyes again, let alone trust him to help carry out a plan to help their child? And even though we may think that we have seen the last of Hayley and the Crescents for a while, there’s a little surprise there as well.”

Gotham

Ben McKenzie discusses the impact Barbara’s insanity will have on Jim in season 2:

Not well. It’s not going to impact him well. Obviously, there will be feelings of guilt associated with his role in her entire undoing. She would not have suffered what she suffered if he was not who he is, if he had not gone after The Ogre and courted disaster. This is the clearest indication we’ve had, thus far, that there’s a price to be paid for doing your job, for being honorable, and doing the right thing. I mean, in the pilot, it was saving Penguin’s life, only to have him come back to become the criminal mastermind that he’s become. Now the love of his life is mentally unhinged. This is going to have a really profound effect on his psyche and on his relationships, I would imagine, with Dr. Thompkins and everyone else.
