Locus has announced the finalists for the Philip K. Dick Award, which goes to the best work of scary, hallucinogenic, dystopian fiction each year. Finalists include Elizabeth Bear, for Undertow, and Karen Traviss, for Ally. Winners will be announced March 21 at Norwescon. [Locus]
